Old Business: Sue moved to donate $50 to Church of Nazarene where Banquet was held; they are very nice people so lets show we appreciate it! Motion seconded by Jeremy. Motion passed unanimously.

We need a group conscience to continue the district 42 newsletter. Discussion on whether we could use website as newsletter, maybe download to disc for someone else to do? Alice has talked to Rich, who used to do newsletter, and feels there is a major problem with not enough people sending in information. Pat asked if there was anyone willing to do newsletter? Bill feels that newsletters not used when they are done, and that people get their information from meetings. Jeremy stated that looking at copies of old newsletters, they mostly consisted of the District minutes, an Article, a cartoon and birthdays. Should we be promoting intergroup Hi and Dry first? Maybe create an interest in our own newsletter that way. Mike asked if we are dividing resources, could we unify newsletter and web page? John again reminds us to please post our group events and service opportunities. Pam feels as GSR’s, we need to go to our groups and find out need. We can print information from website. Jeremy suggests that instead of pushing for newsletter, to support website, them revisit newsletter idea.

Motion brought forth by Alice to table discussion of newsletter until more interest is shown. Motions seconded by Cody. Motion passed unanimously.

New Business: Position of Archivist open, Jeremy has stared possible interest and will discuss the positions responsibilities with Alice. Bill will continue as CPC rep. Public Information position also available, position entails bringing A.A. message to public, what we do and do not do, to places like schools, healthcare facilities, Fair booths ect. Cody and Pam agree to be on P.I. committee! Treatment position also available, Sheila reports that she has been working with potential replacement, Debra G who has attended quarterlies with her, and worked on flyers and also has worked on Residence 12 alumni committee.

Motion brought forth to elect Debra G. as new Treatment Chair by Denise. Motion seconded by Melissa. Motion passed unanimously.

Position of registrar available, we need correct computer software to successfully do positions. Outgoing DCM, Don M. is available

Motion brought forward by John to elect Don M. as new registrar. Motion seconded by Melissa. Motion passed unanimously.

Quitters group will have a Meditations group for one hour next Wednesday.

The Jaywalkers group will bring forward a motion to the groups to change page one in the Big Book from Bill’s story to the Doctor’s opinion. Will e-mail exact wording of motion and will prepare pro and con statements.
